Daily Management provides this solid foundation for sustenance to any organization. A systematic deployment of Daily Management, therefore, needs a lot of sincere and continuous activities at all levels of the organization. However, since it cannot create a remarkably visible impact in the short term, many people, especially the top management, generally do not pay much attention to Daily Management; they pay more attention only to continual or innovative activities for big improvement.
Total Quality Management (TQM) refers to management methods used to enhance quality and productivity in organizations, particularly businesses. TQM is a comprehensive system approach that works horizontally across an organization, involving all departments and employees and extending backward and forward to include both suppliers and customers.
