After the successfully unleashing ‘Team Development and Team Effectiveness: A Facilitator’s Handbook, Mr. TTSrinath, the renowned entrepreneur and sensitivity trainer, launched his next book aptly named, ‘All the World is a Stage’.
The success of drama as a learning tool is a complex, experiential insight, leading to transformational learning that takes place in a play situation. ‘All the world is a stage’ provides a ring side understanding of drama as it is played-out in organisations and the lessons for life that it teaches. By virtue of his varied experience with people at different organisational levels and his romance with theatre, TTS, in this book, unites the two to explain the nuances of behavioural science.
According to the author, “Drama plays a very significant role in the life of an organisation. It invites one to explore multiple personalities, and in the process, helps individuals uncover their inner self. It teaches one what true collaboration means, builds bonds and helps one accept one’s vulnerability completely. Play is fun irrespective of age or designation and receptivity and retention is high”.
