ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Michael Caravatta specializes in consulting and training services for "Executing Change." His knowledge comes from three decades of hands-on experience as materials manager, quality assurance trainer, and internal management consultant at Tektronix, Inc. After leaving Tektronix, Inc., he became president of Caravatta & Associates.
He has been involved in improving operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction in finance, administration, service, and manufacturing areas. Caravatta is an active member of the National Speakers Association, the Oregon Quality Initiative, the American Society for Quality Control, and is recognized in the 1997 directory of Who's Who in Executives and Professionals.
