Is starting a new business is easy? Nah! Nobody ever said that starting a new business would be easy. Because you have no idea what kind of challenges your new business might have to face. Neither running a business (maybe a start-up or SMB) is easy… You may face a range of challenges. As the business grows, variant issues will arise and it will demand distinct solutions. The solutions that worked a year ago might now be not the best approach.

Because nobody has really told you exactly what kind of difficulties you’ll be up against. So, the foremost thing you want to do is find out your real challenges. I meant “Real Challenges”!

Set your challenge!

There may be numerous challenges piling up each day but if we look at them closely, it will boil down to about four or five big issues. Try to cluster similar challenges together and see what emerges. Brainstorm with your team members, friends to grab answers for the questions popping in your mind. Find which of the four or five issues is coming in the way of your achieving your ambition? Which is the biggest issue?

Think in a new angle!

There are NO Boundary conditions. Any idea and every idea is good. Value every idea and everyone’s idea. Please do not censor any idea – your own or someone else’s idea.
